We spent $44 this week on a 18 kg box of apples ($1.44/kg) and a 15kg box of potatoes ($1.20/kg) from The Marketman. Half a tray of apples has already been devoured. Beautiful fruit and vegetables this week. We’re off on a week’s holiday to Tin Can Bay – more on that later – this weekend so it’ll all come in handy. We’re planning on a dash to the bulk butcher on Saturday to stock up on some nice cuts of well priced meat for BBQ’s.
