Holidays are hungry business. Incredibly, of the 13kg of bananas we bought 9 days ago, only three bananas were left this morning. Oh, dear. As there were four people vying for them I decided to bake a No Drama Banana Cake. The kids were a fantastic help with adding ingredients and holding the mixmaster (flour flying all over the kitchen, thank you Master5) and, while we wait for the cake, they’re helping by licking clean the bowl and whisks and spatula.
