A new family member arrived today – Appendix. He’s a gift from Campbell, the bear making boy from Tassie who our family is lucky enough to know and consider a friend.
You might have seen Campbell recently on Little Big Shots, where he made a bear on stage and they told his story about how he got started (at age 9 mind you) sewing and giving away his bears to sick kids. His philosophy is simple: being kind and not mean will change the world a lot.
This kid is the real deal. He’s all heart. He’s humble. He cares. And if he’s not Australian of the year down the track then we need to look at the criteria. In a nutshell, his acts of kindness make you want to be a better person, and there aren’t many people who bring that out in others.
Campbell, thank you. Again. From all of us.
Message from Joshua, Master12, to Campbell: “It’s the best and I love the name. I won’t lose this appendix. They won’t even be able to surgically remove it! Thank you, Bumble!”
Check out Project 365 By Campbell and like his page so you can piggy back on all the feel goods he puts out there. It’s good for the soul.
