I agreed to do an interview with Father Nation earlier this year, primarily because it was pre-recorded and I had an idea what we were going to chat about.
Unfortunately, I forgot the interview was happening and was happily enjoying my third or fourth amber ale for the evening when I got the call.
“Shit,” I hissed to Tracey. “I think I’m a bit pissy.”
“You’ll be fine,” she whispered back to me. “In fact, it might help.”
And given I’m actually a bit of a shy bunny, I think it did. Except for those couple of spots where the word doesn’t quite come out right, but I’m happy to pretend I bit my tongue or something.
So here’s the podcast and I hope you like it enough to stick with it for fifteen minutes. That’s a long time. But you should because I sound smarter than I probably am – that’ll be the alcohol.
Let me know what you think (note: only if you think I did okay) and which bits you actually like.
Cheers, all 😉

That was interesting, learned a few things about you, u didn’t sound pissed at all,
Liked the whole interview, l didn’t know u were the number 1 daddy blogger in Australia, but that does not surprise me you are good at bogging.
^^ l meant blogging^^ sorry spellchecker
I didn’t know I was the biggest daddy blogger in Australia either until I was told. Perhaps they mean by weight? 😉
Bogging!! Hahaha – didn’t even see it and now I can’t see anything else. Love it!
You did great. Much better than the guy doing the interviewing. You sounded like you was having a great flowing conversation but he sounded as if he was just asking questions which were written in front of him but had no emotion in his voice.
Thanks Sheryl 🙂 I was really happy with how it turned out
