As usual, the first I knew there was any sort of problem was screaming.

“Can I quit school?” Master9 asked his mother tonight.
Our boy loves school. He’s generally the first dressed and keen to get there in the morning. So this was a bit of a startling revelation
Isn’t it funny how your tastes and expectations change from when you’re a kid to when you grow up.
Sometimes parenting is about being the bigger man, not just in height, weight and cup size, but in my words and actions as well. And sometimes I find this harder than others, although I usually get there.
This was one of those times.
“Your son is giving a talk at school on Monday,” Tracey told me as I walked in the door and pecked her cheek. That it was the first thing out her mouth and she was grinning told me I should follow this up.
