Why reading warning labels is important

Really, really important.Little Miss1 is having a dreadful time of her breathing at the moment: must be the season change. The usual nebulizing hadn’t done the job tonight so we reached into our bag of tricks and pulled out the last resort – the Redipred. Fixed her good as new in about ten seconds. We know this because that was over four hours ago (her usual bedtime) and she’s been singing and dancing and drawing and climbing and yelling and demanding and NOT SLEEPING ever since.

It’s going to be a long night. I expect she’ll collapse in a heap when it wears off.

Hope Tracey gets some sleep eventually 😉 Just kidding.

  • Steroids make you hungry and not sleepy. I have had 7 IV does this week, and dispite running on SATS of 91%, and very tired and feeling like I have been hit by a truck, i can’t sleep and keep looking for food… have made sugar free meringues, and will be making sugar free marshmallows today, a log with carrot sticks and cucumber rounds…. and don’t forget the drinks.
also, don’t forget to reduce dose slowly or just use for 3 days… have spent years with the stuff in our lives!!! sigh.

What do you think?
