We walked away with 14 whole roasting chickens, some sausages, chicken tenderloins, diced chicken, diced pork, pickled pork and stirfry beef.
In all we saved $100 on the regular retail prices.
Learning when your local supermarket is likely to discount it’s meat which is coming up to it’s Best By date is crucial for regularly cashing in on these opportunities. We try to take advantage of discounted meat once a month or so.
